INDENT is a company based out of New London, WI, we provides Paintless Dent Repair services for Automotive Manufacturers, Collision Repair Centers, Dealerships, Insurance Companies, Fleet and Rental Companies. We consult with all our clients to understand their specific needs and try design a custom solution and a high-quality services that will quickly and efficiently meet their goals.



How I got into “Paintless Dent Repair”

Back in the early 80’s my father started his venture in the Automotive and Body shop industry. I can remember his first few cars were actually fixed in our 2 car garage. It took a few years but he eventually opened is Body shop in the mid 80’s. I can remember when I turned 13 I was finally allowed to start working at the family business “ Sam’s Auto Body & Sales” my duties back then were detailing and shop hand (daily clean up). After many years I work my way into a body man / painter and a Salesman, Normal task back then were, Estimate any collision vehicles, booking in jobs and repaired those jobs, you became the body man the estimator the repairer / painter, and the person that delivered the vehicle back to the customer. I learned a lot from the process my father had set up back in those days, it gave me a good foundation to start my own business. My father had successfully grown his business but do to health issues in 1998 he was forced to finally close the doors. He entered into the Paintless Dent Repair industry in the later part of 1999. From there he traveled from state to state and overseas mastering his trade. In 2006 I had decided I wanted to learn the process known today as PDR “Paintless dent repair” I had asked my father to train me and by 2007 was working for another company as a their PDR manager for the State of Wisconsin, I learned a lot in that year but decided I would rather be my own boss and decided to ventured on my own in 2008 and I have never looked back.


Here at Indent we collectively possess a wide range of automotive industry experience with many years in the collision repair industry and with experience in areas such as insurance claims, Collision Repair, Automotive Sales, service and customer relations. This knowledge and experience base makes indent an essential resource for our clients.
